We will go over:

• legal and management - this is the law behind code enforcement we don't go into super detail on this, but enough to navigate the book for the exam and understand some of the legal aspects of code enforcement.

• IPMC book - small but powerful - this will be helpful not only as a code enforcement tool but also in everyday Home Inspections and other career and business opportunities.

• IRC - Introduction on to the Resident al Code - Some of this directly relates to code enforcement and is about 35% of the exam. Yes, just enough to fail you, if you aren't prepared with this one. So, this is a shotgun blast through the whole code book, we will touch on every sec on, Structure, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical. This is a one-day overview of the code book and a perfect introduction on into our NEXT class, IRC B1.
