Each GAHI member is required to achieve ICC R5 Residential Combination Inspector certification to confirm knowledge and proficiency in using the applicable four modules of the IRC (International Residential Code).

Classroom courses and sample exam questions are available to help get you prepared for the ICC certification exams.  

The four ICC modules/exams that you must pass in order to gain R5 certification are (B1 (Building), E1 (Electrical), M1 (Mechanical), P1 (Plumbing).

The following ICC courses are available through England Enterprises Training Division LLC (EETD) to help you prepare for the exam.  These courses are available in a face-to-face classroom or on line by "e-WISE".
